About Me

My journey into instructional design began in the classroom.

For more than a decade, I have designed and delivered learning experiences for diverse learners across elementary education, English language development, and special education. As a licensed educator with a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership, I learned early that effective learning is never about simply delivering information—it's about creating meaningful experiences that help people grow, perform, and succeed.

Throughout my career, I have worked with students from a wide range of academic, linguistic, and learning backgrounds. My experience as an ESL educator and Special Education professional taught me how to design instruction that is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to individual learner needs. These experiences continue to shape my approach to instructional design today.

I bring together expertise in learning theory, curriculum development, needs analysis, assessment design, stakeholder collaboration, and learner engagement to create solutions that improve performance and support measurable outcomes.

Whether I'm designing eLearning courses, instructor-led training, blended learning programs, job aids, or performance support resources, my focus remains the same: helping learners achieve success through thoughtful, evidence-based design.
